Avis des clients sur "Jeu Montessori d’apprentissage de l’alphabet et orthographe pour enfants"

I'm an elementary teacher with many years of teaching. My ADHD granddaughter will be tutored this summer by me. She loves this activity. I have her in CVC word books and have her spell words that she'll encounter BEFORE she reads. This game has a good assortment of CVC words for each short vowel and not words that almost fit the pattern (buy, for, key, etc.) I plan on creating more cards that add two consonants later (led...sled, rag...drag.) This could be used later to learn to spell two or three letter Dolch words. I just wish there are more pencils instead of reusing the backs of the game pieces. Another improvement - add another pencil holder for the five vowels. It's great for tutoring, centers or aides with very small groups. I couldn't locate my granddaughter the others day. I found her using the cards, spelling, then checking with the "spell check" on the back. She loves the tactile spelling with immediate reward. I'm glad I bought it!

This is a great combination of the two loves of my preschool granddaughter, puzzles and letters. She spends hours playing with this. Glad I found it!

This has been a great small group activity. Also wonderful for review and reinforcement of short vowels and cvc words.

My son learned to spell something new words in one day

Before you buy or return, pls read through. This item does not come with any guide or instruction booklet so it might make you wonder if you recieve incomplete product. First, this item icludes *Red vowel wooden pencils x 5 *Blue consonant wooden pencils x 18 *Short vowel "a" cvc cards x 11 *Shorr vowel "e" cvc cards x 9 *Short vowel "i" cvc cards x 10 *Short vowel "o" cvc card x 10 *Short vowel "u" cvc card x 10 *Wooden pencil holder x 2 *Storage bag x1 Second, I want you to know this product does not include letter "q" and "y" Wooden pencils are not for making alphabet a through z. They are for to make CVC words that shown on the cards. Since cvc cards don't have any words include "q" and "y" you don't need them. (But I understand, my 4yrs old wanted to line up complete alphabet) Third, Blue consonat pencils show two different letters front and back. This is very tricky for children and parents to find a right letter. Red vowel pencils have exact same letters front and back. I made a hand written chart to help me to find a letter. This chart can help you also. For example, if you're looking for letter "b" pencil and don't see it, grab letter "f" and turn it aroud. You'll see it. Fourth, CVC cards are really helpful. Each short vowel a, e, i, o, u cards have it's own color. a is red cards, e is yellow, i is green, o is orange, u is blue. I prepared 5 bags to store according to its color. Fifth, pencils falling, rolling Pencils stand on its own, but soon my 4yrs old try to find a letter, her little hands bump into pencils and they're like bowling pins! I'm planning to use plastic organizer for medicine and jewelry to keep them not rolling around. Clay should work too to keep them stand still (might transfer the color to wood). I believe that's all I can say. Hope this help you. Thank you for reading.

My 4 year old is learning to read. I thought this would be a great toy for her to learn. She's a bit more advanced with her reading than I expected so this won't help her learn as she is already able to read and spell all of the words on the cards independently. While it won't help us for its intended purpose currently (I also have 2 other children ages 1 and 2.5 that will play with this too when they begin learning to read) it's still an awesome toy and my 4 year old loves it. You get 23 pencils. 5 red pencils that have each vowel. 18 blue pencils that have consonants (there are different letters on the front and back of the blue pencils. Note that you will not get a Q letter or a Y letter as none of the CVC words included in this set use those letters). There are 50 CVC word cards with a picture of the word on the front of the card and the actual word on the back and 2 wooden holders for the pencils. I really like that the vowels and consonants are different colors as it helps to teach children to differentiate from vowels and consonants. Although this toy is below my daughter's level she really enjoys it. Upon first play we spent about an hour playing together with this toy. We searched for each correct letter to spell the word and then placed them in the holder. After our first time playing together she was able to play with this toy independently and has had so much fun with it. She thinks the little pencils are so cute and because of their cuteness she doesn't realize this is an educational toy. She just thinks it's cute and fun and she gets to show off her spelling and reading abilities.

For a bit of background, I tried this with my son who has moderate autism. I love almost everything about this - it is really simple to use, easy to understand, and has everything you need for a little learning activity. My son took to this really well (he's in first grade) and enjoyed spelling little words with this. The vowels (a, e, i, o, and u) are the red "pencil" blocks, and the consonants are blue. The only gripe I have with the consonant pencil blocks are that two different consonants are on the pencil block - a different one on each side, and is a bit confusing initially. For the most part, it is an oversight, and it also minimizes the amount of pieces I have to deal with. For the "spelling stands" is it easy. You put the pencil blocks in and they fit nicely, and it is easy for a kid to do it (my son has fine motor issues). For the most part it is self explanatory. Now looking to the flash cards: they are dual sided so they can see the letters on one side and a picture on the other. So, for example, the cat card. On one side, it shows an orange cat, and on the other it shows the word "cat" and the consonants are blue and the vowel is red. That made it easy for my son to differentiate between the two even though he doesn't yet understand what vowels and consonants are, and he was able to look at the different letters on the pencils and understand what he needed. I will be continuing to use this with my son.

This is a great game and teaching tool for learning CVC words. I like that the vowel pencils are a different color than the consonants. It's very important that young children are able to distinguish between vowels and consonants and this game makes it easy to do that. Note that the letters q and y are not included because you don't use those letters for CVC words. Twenty-three pencils are included with holders and word and picture cards. I teach kindergarten and this is ai fun and motivating way to practicing spelling and blending CVC words. Note that each the blue pencils have different consonants on each side which can be a little confusing for young students. There are 50 CVC word cards with the word on one side and the picture on the other. I like this because the students can self-check whether they spelled the word correctly. This can be used as a teaching tool and as an independent learning center. My students were definitely engaged when using this and loved manipulating the pencils to spell a word. The colorful picture cards are also great. I love that the words on the cards are written in the same colors as the pencils- consonants are blue and vowels are red. This is a great learning tool and I would recommend it to others who have children or students who are learning to decode.

This is a nice learning Tool for teaching preschoolers to build CVC words, blending, and rhyming. It is a creative game for kids. It includes - 50 CVC cards - 23 Wooden Letter Pencils (Letters on the back and forth) - 1 Drawstring Bag for Storage - 2 Wooden Letter Tray They have color-coded vowels(Red) and consonants (Blue) Which is good for kids to understand. The wooden pencil has bold letters, easy to read, has a smooth finish, & Easy to hold. All 50 cards have a picture on top and a CVC word at the back with the same color code as pencils which is good for children to understand. Cards are thick and easy to hold and read. It comes with a good quality wooden Letter tray that holds pencils well while building words. It comes. It comes with a storage bag which is good to keep everything in place. Couple of Things I noticed - All the letters included in this set can build words mentioned in the cards, They have not included the CVC word with Letter "Y" so it is not included in the pencil set. - Pencils are a bit smaller, Adult supervision is needed while children do this activity as it may be a choking hazard. Overall It is a good hand-eye coordination activity. I wish they would have made the pencil a bit bigger, as well as one more vowel set so it can be used for building rhyming words together since they have included 2 wooden boards.

There are no official instructions, so you can just make your own rules for the game. I like that you can adjust the complexity of the game by either just showing the picture and having the kids sound out the picture to find the letters and then check with the back. OR just use the side with the letters on the card to match the letters on the pencils. The vowels are red and consonants are blue. There are two different consonants on each little pencil, so that made it a little tricky for the kids to find the right letter. But overall, I am pleased with a hands on activity to practice phonics.
